So Very Thoughtful
This card features two new releases by Flourishes :) I've also included a picture of how I stamped the background image -
Place the stamp on a cuttlebug plate or large acrylic block and ink
Set your paper on top of the stamp and and then press and rub across the paper evenly using a paper towel. (I used SU! Craft ink so the back got a little messy from pressing so close to the edges, but no matter because I was adhering it to a piece of cardstock.)
Carefully lift your paper off of the stamp.
edited to add - I love Sharon Johnson's technique to place a sheet of typewriter paper down and run a brayer over it!
Stamps - Damask REVERSE and Many Sentiments by Flourishes
SU! - Sahara Sand and Whisper White cardstock, Pretty in Pink Craft ink, Ribbon, Scallop punch, dimensionals
Palette black ink, pin by Making Memories, brads by Treasured Memories

Oh, Tracy, you just KNOW what I'm going to say -- LOL!!! I LOVE it!!! It is a perfect example of your simple and clean style!!! I LOVE the added pin and the scalloped sentiment!!! And that picot edged trim is to die for!!! Wonderful!!! I have stamped similar to what you are doing, but I always put a sheet of typing paper down and brayer over it -- never used paper towel -- interesting!!! Whatever gets the job done!!!

Wow, Tracy! Not sure where to begin! I love everything about this card! I would have never thought to use Pretty in Pink and Sahara Sand together but this combo is definitely going in my inspiration notebook! The Damask Reverse BG stamp just moved from my "wishlist" to my "must have" list! TFS

Tracy, your card is gorgeous! I love the clean, sharp and uncluttered designs of your cards. You have incredible talent. I also wanted to thank you for the idea of using the cuttlebug plate for pressing a background stamp. I like the idea of being able to reuse something over and over and not wasting paper.
